Pre~ent- All Board members and B. ~. McD~vitt.
Chairman Ward brought up the decision made at the last regular meeting to call a
meeting of Service Station operators. A1 Buchanan is to take care of this.
Minutes of last regular and one recessed meeting then read and approved as read.
Request for water for the Murray Layne property on West Chubbuck Road and also for
the Chase Addition then discussed. Motion made by Hillman that if Chase would dig,
backfill the t~ench ~.-~ haul away the rocks, the Village would furnish the pipe and
lay the pipe for the ¼ mile down Chubbuck Road. Motion seconded by Henry. Ail in favor.
Bills for the m~;nth then read and approved as read. Motion to approve payment made
by Hillman, seconded by Henry. Ail in favor.
Financial and Police reports for month presented to Board.
Mail then read and discussed by Board. Letter from Kent Parrish offering services
! of license fee. Motion made by Buchanan, seconded by
as Building Inspector for a
Underwood, that Clerk write Parrish a letter telling him that the Board w~s interested
in h~s proposal and ask him to be at the next meeting for further discussion. Ail
in favor. The Ordinance will have to be completed before actual work could begin.
Ordinance ~ 62 - Discussion of this Ordinance ~ertaining to hours of Sale of Beer.
McDevitt took the Ordinance with him to rewrite it and eliminate sections ~2C and ~.
Meeting recessed 9:25 P.M. till further notice if necessary.
