ORDINANCE #605
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, AMENDING ORDINANCE
#590, THE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OCTOBER 1 ST,
2004 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30TH, 2005: APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONIES
THAT ARE TO BE RECEIVED BY THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO IN THE SUM OF
$1,016,887.00 AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO:
Section 1: That Ordinance #590, the appropriation ordinance for the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho for the fiscal year commencing October 1st, 2004 and ending September 30th, 2005, be
the same is hereby amended as follows:
That the additional sum of $66,000. be appropriated out Water Revenue Funds to be used
for authorized activities;
That the additional sum of $107,620. be appropriated out of Fire Department Grants
received to be used for authorized activities;
That the additional sum of 46,000. be appropriated out of General Fund Revenues for
authorized activities;
That the additional sum of $111,000. be appropriated out of General Fund Revenues for
authorized activities;
That the additional sum of $686,267. Be appropriated out of Chubbuck Tax Increment
Revenue;
Section 2: That the rule requiring ordinances to be read on three separate days is hereby
dispensed with, and this ordinance shall become effective upon its approval and publications
provided by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL of the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho, this 9th day of November, 2005.
