APPROVAL OF MINUTES: October 5, 2022. (Action Item)
GENERAL BUSINESS:
1. Approval of Alpine Crossing Div. IA Preliminary Plat and the findings, facts and
conclusions of law. (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). (Action Item)
2. Approval of the Alcohol license for Beer and Wine for Fast Stops (Common Cents).
(Council will discuss if all City, State and County requirements have been completed). (Action Item).
3. Parks & Recreation Development Impact Fee Use Policy Recommendation regarding the
use of monies in existing parks and for new public trail/paths for qualifying system
improvements. (Action Item)

Council. (Action Item).
