APPROVAL OF MINUTES: September 21, 2022. (Action Item)
GENERAL BUSINESS:
1. Approval of Northside Crossing Div. 5 Final/Short Plat and the findings, facts and
conclusions of law. (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). (Action Item)
2. Adoption of Ordinance XXX Change in Land Use District on 1.09 Acres of Land from Limited
Commercial (C-1) to Limited Residential (R-2) located at 345 Siphon Rd. (Action Item).
(Council will discuss a change in land use from Limited Commercial (C-1) to Limited Residential (R-2)).
3. Discussion on IT Services and Possible Approval and Authorizing the Mayor to Enter
into a Contract with Sollus. (Action Item).
(Council will discuss authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Sollus for IT Services).
4. Approval of Items for Auction or Disposal. (Action Item)
(Council will discuss City property for auction or disposal).
5. Approval of Revised Use of City Multi -Purpose and Council Chamber Rooms.
(Council will discuss the updates to the internal policy manuals). (Action Item).
