As the project moves forward, some of the information may change or be refined, and additional information will become known, resulting in the possible need to change, refine, or supplement the scope of work. The City of Chubbuck is preparing an updated WFPS from the one that was previously completed in 2015. The City has a need to update the study and re -prioritize the capital improvements to create a plan moving forward with more accurate information. The study will be funded by the City of Chubbuck and Idaho DEQ. The City operates and maintains over 70 miles of waterline ranging in size from 6 -inch to 24 -inch diameter water mains. In addition, the City maintains 5 groundwater well houses, 4 water storage tanks, and 3 booster stations. The system supplies over 900 million gallons of potable water per year to the system users. The study will document known conditions, identify deficiencies, and provide a plan to guide the Owner in completing improvements to the drinking water system.
