Re: Philbin Road / Chubbuck Road Roundabout — Change Order 1
Two recent changes have been required for the roadway contract for the Philbin Road / Chubbuck Road
Roundabout Project:
1) At the request of the City, the contractor purchased a concrete irrigation box that was called
out to be provided by the City.
2) The City requested that some additional sleeves be installed for future irrigation lines to
serve the island and other areas.
The proposed change order is for $11,286.00. The proposed change order form is attached.
I am requesting the Council approve Change Order 1 for the Philbin Road / Chubbuck Road Roundabout
project in the amount of $11,286.00.
