GENERAL BUSINESS:
1. Approval of Bilyeu Estates Div. 8 Final Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions
of law. (Action Item).
(Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code).
2. Approval of Firework Permits for 2022. (Action Item).
(Council will discuss the applications and if they meet city code).
3. Approval of Change Order 2 for the New Day Parkway Phase 2 Improvement Project.
(Council will discuss a change order for the New Day Parkway bid). (Action Item).
CLAIMS:
City of Chubbuck claims for June 1, 2022 as presented to Mayor England and
Council. (Action Item).
