PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG: Councilmember Reece COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: AMEND COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA: APPROVAL OF MINUTES: March 16, 2022. (Action Item) GENERAL BUSINESS: 1. Review and Possible Adoption of Resolution 2022 -XXX to Amend the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Designation in the area bounded by the Centerline of Chubbuck Road at the North, the Western right-of-way line of the Union Pacific Railroad, the North right-of-way line of Interstate 86, and the Centerline of Yellowstone Avenue. (Action Item) (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). 2. Adoption of Ordinance XXX to Amend the FY2022 Appropriation Ordinance. (Council will discuss amending the FY22 Budget). (Action Item) 3. Discussion and Possible Approval of Fire Ladder Truck Bid pursuant to Idaho Code 67- 2807 Cooperative Purchasing and Authorizing the Mayor to Enter into a Contract to Accept the Bid regarding the Fire Ladder Truck. (Action Item). (Council will discuss the purchase of a fire department apparatus). 4. Review and Possible Adoption of Resolution 2022 -XXX Authorization for the Mayor to Enter into a Lease Purchase Agreement with Zions Bancorporation, N.A. relative to the Fire Ladder Truck. (Action Item) (Council will discuss contracts to purchase a ladder truck from Zions public finance). CLAIMS: City of Chubbuck claims for April 6, 2022 as presented to Mayor England and Council. (Action Item).
