APPROVAL OF MINUTES: March 2, 2022. (Action Item)
PUBLIC HEARING:
1. Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will hold a public
hearing for consideration of a proposed amended budget for the fiscal period October 1, 2021
to September 30, 2022: and an amended fiscal appropriation ordinance for said period, and
pursuant to the provisions of Section 50-1002, 50-1003, 50-1106, Idaho Code.
PROPOSED EXPENDITURES
The following is an estimate, set forth in said amended budget of the proposed increases in
expenditure of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, for the period October 1, 2021 to September 30,
2022. All other expenditures shall remain without change as set forth in the original
appropriation ordinance adopted August 18, 2021. Said amounts are set forth by fund as
follows:

GENERAL BUSINESS:
The Swearing in of Chubbuck Police Officers.
Approval to Amend the FY2022 Fiscal Appropriation Ordinance. (Action Item).
(Council will discuss amending the FY22 Budget).
Approval of the Annexation of 12.87 Acres of Land Located at the Northwest Corner of
Lea Ave. and North Lamar St. (Action Item)
(Council will discuss the annexation of 72.87 acres into the City limits).
4. Approval of Initial Zoning on 12.87 Acres of Land as Limited Residential P (R -2P)
Located at the Northwest Corner of Lea Ave. and North Lamar St. (Action Item)
(Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code).
5. Approval of Bilyeu Estates Div. 8 Preliminary Plat. (Action Item).
(Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code).
6. Approval of Annual Report from the Chubbuck Development Authority (CDA). (Action Item).
(Council will discuss an annual financial report from the Chubbuck Development Authority).
7. Approval of Annual Impact Fee Advisory Committee Recommendation/Report. (Action Item).
(Council will discuss an annual report/recommendation on city impact fees).
8. Discussion and Possible Approval to Purchase Fire Department Apparatus. (Action Item).
(Council will discuss funding the purchase of a fire department apparatus).
9. Acceptance of Philbin/Chubbuck Rd. Roundabout Bids. (Action Item).
(Council will discuss award of construction bids).
10. Consideration and Adoption of Resolution XXX Cooperative Maintenance Agreement
with Idaho Transportation Department. (Council will discuss renewal of agreement with ITD
regarding maintenance of highway facilities within the City limits). (Action Item)
11. Acceptance of Offer of Dedication for The Villas at Northside Crossing. (Action Item).
(Council will discuss if all city requirements have been inspected and completed).
12. Adoption of Ordinance XXX Public Space Vendor. (Action Item)
(Council will discuss permitting public space vendors).

Council. (Action Item).
