1. Approval of the Public Works Confined Space Policy. (Action Item).
(Council will discuss the adoption of the public works confined space policy).
2. Acceptance of Offer of Dedication for Westfield Estates Div. 3. (Action Item).
(Council will discuss if all city requirements have been inspected and completed).
3. Acceptance of Offer of Dedication for Bilyeu Estates Div. 7A. (Action Item).
(Council will discuss if all city requirements have been inspected and completed).
4. Acceptance of Offer of Dedication for Bilyeu Estates Div. 713. (Action Item).
(Council will discuss if all city requirements have been inspected and completed).
5. Acceptance of Offer of Dedication for Elliott Estates. (Action Item).

6. Approval to Appoint Darell Stewart to the Land Use and Development Commission.
