RESOLUTION 2022-2
A RESOLUTION OF THE CHUBBUCK DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AMENDING THE
FREQUENCY OF THE AUTHORITY'S REGULAR MEETINGS
WHEREAS, Resolution #4-92 of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, created an urban renewal
agency for the City known as the Chubbuck Development Authority (CDA); and
WHEREAS, neither the Urban Renewal Law (Chapter 20, Title 50, Idaho Code) nor the
Local Economic Development Act (Chapter 29, Title 50, Idaho Code) prescribe a particular meet-
ing schedule for urban renewal agencies; and
WHEREAS, CDA Resolution 2019-01 passed on February 19, 2019, set a schedule for
monthly meetings to be held on the third Tuesday at 5:30 PM; and
WHEREAS, the CDA now wishes to amend its regular meeting schedule to provide for bi-
monthly meetings;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CHUBBUCK DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AS FOLLOWS:
Regular meetings of the Board of Commissioners of the Chubbuck Development Authority
shall be held on the third Tuesday at 5:30 PM in the months of January, March, May, July,
September, and November.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CHUB -
BUCK DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ON JANUARY '; 2022.
