Downtown Pocatello- Very walkable. ~315’ blocks (with alleys)
Idaho Falls’ downtown- Very walkable (300’ blocks w/ alleys)n
Downtown Boise- very walkable (~315’ blocks)
Chubbuck downtown if spaced at ~330’ and recognizing existing street locations and alignments and new developments

Other considerations:
Is walkability the highest priority?
Are streets now the focus? Some can be built now if spaced ~330’ but others wouldn’t be built until land redevelops (some could take a long time)
Plazas/sidewalk areas can serve to move foot traffic without the land and infrastructure costs of streets.
South Jordan city center:
