1. Election of Council President. (Action Item)
2. Consider an Extension of Time for the Selder Meadows PUD. (Action Item)
Previously approved on February 7, 2018, Located at 5121 Hawthorne Rd.
(Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code).
3. Approval of the Little Creek Coffee Short Plat. (Action Item)
(Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code).
4. Review and Possible Decision on Westfield Estates Master Plan and Annexation
Agreement. (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). (Action Item)
5. Approval of Records for Destruction. (Action Item)
(Council will discuss the destruction of City records).
6. Motion to enter into an Executive Session in accordance with Idaho Code 74-206 (1)(c):
"To acquire an interest in real property which is not owned by a public agency." (Action Item)
7. Approval of the Final Mediated Right of Way Acquisition Contracts. (Action Item)
(Council will discuss mediated right of way acquisition contracts).
