In-person attendance is al- lowed. This meeting will also be available to the public electroni- cally or by phone. Public hearings will be held with respect to the following item: 1. An application for a Change in Land Use District from Lim- ited Residential (R-2) to Commercial General (C-2) on approxi- mately .25 acres of land. Subject property is in the NE �/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 3, Township 6 South, Range 34 East of the Boise Meridian, Idaho, and is part of a larger parcel generally located west of Yellowstone Ave and north of Briscoe Road in Chubbuck, Idaho. The Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use map designates this area as Medium Density Residential, with the bulk of the property designated as Commercial. Following a public hearing on June 8, 2021, the City of Chubbuck Land Use and Development Commission recommended approval. Type of Action: Decision.
