ORDINANCE NO. 824
An ordinance of the City of
Chubbuck, a municipal cor-
poration of the state of Idaho,
amending ChubbuckMunic-
ipal Code section 2.04.010
to reflect changes in the cost
of living and to set the May-
or's annual salary at $63,402
and the annual salary for a
member of the City Council
at $8,295, effective January 1,
2022; providing for the repeal
of conflicting ordinances; pro-
viding that all other provisions
of Chapter 2.04 not amended
shall remain in effect; provid-
ing for the severability of the
provisions of this ordinance;
providing when this ordinance
shall be in effect.
