NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIV-
EN that the City Council of
the City of Chubbuck, Idaho,
will conduct a Public Hearing
at 6:00 pm on January 6,
2021. Due to COVID-19 and
CDC best practices for social
distancing, the public meet-
ing will occur via web -con-
ference and telephone. This
meeting will be available to
the public electronically or by
phone. In-person attendance
is allowed, but strict social
distancing measures are in
place. Attending via Zoom or
phone is highly recommended
and requested. Attendance
is EXTREMELY limited in ac-
cordance with Governor Lit-
tle7s Modified Stage 2 order.
MASKS/FACE COVERINGS
ARE RECOMMENDED. Pub-
lic hearings will be held with
respect to the following item:
1. A proposal by City Staff to
replace an existing chapter
of City Code, 18.20 Planned
Unit Developments (PUDs),
with a rewritten Chapter
18.20, setting forth new eligi-
bility, procedures, standards,
requirements, incentives, and
other criteria for future PUDs
within the City of Chubbuck;
to amend Section 1708.120
regarding the definition of
a PUD; to amend Section
18.08.010 Enumeration of Dis-
tricts regarding the purpose
of the PUD zoning district; to
amend Section 18.08.030.D
General Controls by District
to include the Creative Com-
munity zoning district; and
to amend Section 17.20.090
Planned Unit Developments
with terminology consistent
with amendments proposed
to Chapter 18.20. Following
a public hearing on June 9,
2020, the City of Chubbuck
Land Use and Development
Commissions recommended
approval. Type of Action: De-
cision.

limit oral testimony. Written
testimony must be received

us at least 7 days prior to the
hearing, shall comply with
standards established in City
Code 18.28.020.D.7., and
shall be considered public re-
cord.
