RESOLUTION NO. 4 - 2005
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO,
ADOPTING CERTAIN BUILDING CODES
WHEREAS, Section 15.04.010 of the Chubbuck Municipal Code allows future editions
of building codes to be adopted by resolution of the City Council;
WHEREAS, the City Building Official has recommended adoption by the City of certain
additions to codes;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Chubbuck that the
following codes are hereby adopted by the City of Chubbuck:
2003 International Building Code
2003 International Residential Code, chapters 1 to 9 and 11
2003 International Energy Conservation Code
2003 International Fuel Gas Code
2003 International Mechanical Code
