RESOLUTION NO. 3-2005
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO,
ADOPTING THE 2003 INTERNATIONAL FIRE CODE
WHEREAS, Section 15.04.010 of the Chubbuck Municipal Code allows future editions
of the International Fire Code to be adopted by resolution of the City Council;
WHEREAS, the City Fire Chief has recommended adoption by the City of the 2003
Edition to this Code;
WHEREAS, the State of Idaho has adopted said Code and such adoption is codified in
the Idaho Administrative Procedures Act at 18.01.50 with certain exceptions
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Chubbuck that the
2003 Edition of the International Fire Code, as adopted by the State of Idaho, Department of
Insurance is hereby adopted by the City of Chubbuck effective as of the date the State of Idaho's
adoption was effective.
