COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Ryan Lewis, Dan Heiner, Melanie Evans, Roger Hernandez.
STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Kevin England, City Attorney Tom Holmes, Public Works
Director Rodney Burch, City Planning Director Devin Hillam, City Treasurer Rich Morgan,
Land Use Development Board Chair Jason Mendenhall, and Chubbuck Development Authority
Chair Annette Baumeister.
GENERAL BUSINESS:
1. Discussion on Appointed Positions for the Land Use & Development Commission and
Chubbuck Development Authority, and discussion about Compensation and Meeting
Schedule for the Land Use & Development Commission Board.
The Council discussed the compensation of both the Chubbuck Development Authority
(CDA) and the Land Use Development Commission. The Council believed the
compensation should be looked at and requested some detail information be gathered to
further the discussion. The Council also discussed the number of board members for the
CDA and the Land Use Development Commission. The Council did not express strong
opinions on the number of board members but did think that each board should remain
with an odd number total.
ADJOURN: The Mayor adjourned the meeting at Spm.
