A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CHUBBUCK
DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY APPOINTING OFFICERS.
WHEREAS, The Chubbuck Development Authority Bylaws specifies that the Board of
Commissioners may appoint certain officers; and
WHEREAS, retirements and resignations have occurred making the appointment of
certain officers necessary,
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Commissioners of the Chubbuck
Development Authority that the following are appointed as officers to serve in the capacity
indicated until the November, 2020 Board Meeting;
Executive Director Devin Hillam;
Secretary Kami Morrison
Attorney Thomas Holmes;
additionally Richard Morgan is confirmed as Treasurer of the Authority and Joey Bowers is
Confirmed as Clerk of the Authority.
Passed and approved by the Board of Commissioners by the Chubbuck Development
Authority this day of May, 2020.
