COUNCIL STUDY SESSION MINUTES

CALL TO ORDER: Mayor England
COUNCIL PRESENT VIA ZOOM: Roger Hernandez, Melanie Evans, Dan Heiner, and Ryan Lewis.
STAFF PRESENT: Mayor Kevin England, and City Clerk Joey Bowers.
STAFF PRESENT VIA ZOOM: City Attorney Tom Holmes, Public Works Director Rodney Burch,
Planning and Development Director Devin Hillam, and City Treasurer Rich Morgan.
GENERAL BUSINESS:
1- Discussion on the Strategic Plan.
Councilmember Evans wanted the Council to be more involved with the City's
Strategic Plan. Public Works Director Rodney Burch gave an update on the strategic
plan, and the process for measuring success within that plan.
2- Discussion on Future Study Sessions.
Mayor England asked the Council to take control of the study session meetings by
determining the items of business to be placed on the agenda for discussion.
Councilmember Evans asked for strategic pian updates, and Councilmember Lewis asked
for updates on future agenda items to be added to the agenda on a continual basis.
ADJOURN: Mayor Kevin England adjourned at 4.40.
