Meeting called to order by Mayor Cotant.
present: Mayor Cotant~ Councilmen Kinghorn, Menard~ Romriell and m
~a~,lor. Attorney Wise

Mayor arid Council met v,dth Engineer Larry Perkins at 7:00 p,m. to review the city proposed
sewer lines. A thorough review was made of each area with some changes made.

he couldn't afford to ['ay the front foot charges. A fo'~ inchl;~ter wac considered

line cannot be installed

BUFJ~EY WATER LIN~ - Councilman Kinghorn informed council Krs. Shaw was getting signatures
of the residents on Buriey Drive in favor of line. Kin5horn also s~zested lowering
the hook-up fee for reside~_ts on proposed line on Burley Drive. Eowev~r, the eeneral
feeling seemed to be the 71i5.00 hook-up fee should be retained on t?is project.

roached that Chubbuck should pay for lights suggested on this construction. Councilm~an
Taylor made motion +,'.se city accept the responsibility to pay for these 12 proposed
street lights. Henard secshded and, it carried un~}n_ir:_susly.
