RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ~CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, ADOPTING THE
PRINCIPAL A~D RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE BANNOCK
DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL pLAN.
WI~E~S, the Bannock Development Council has under-
taken studies of the problems and future problems which will
attend the future growth and development of the Bannock County
area; and
WHEREAS, the Bannock Development Council has develope
a comprehensive plan for the development of the Bannock County
area to minimize these problems and to promote the orderly
growth and development of the Bannock County area, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the City of Chubbu~
do desire to take advantage of the benefits of said Plan.
N(N~, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Mayor and
Council of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho:
That the City of Chubbuck, Idaho does hereby adopt
the Bannock Development Council Plan in principal and does
hereby signify its intent to comply with the recommendations
contained therein so far as the same relate to the City of
Chubbuck.
