WHEREAS, the City of Chubbuck , heretofore
approved and executed a Grant Agreement dated .. . April 13~ 1972 , with
the United States of America, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development,
for a grant under Title VXI of the Housing and Urban Development Act o£ 196'5,
in connection with the Project referred to in said Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the United States of America, Secretary of ltousing and
Urban Development, has tendered an Amendatory Grant Agreement incorporating
certain modifications in the Grant Agreement, including in the a~]ount
estimated project coati and
I~EREAS, said Amendatofy Grant Agreement has been duly read in. open
meeting, fully considered in accordance with all pertinent 'rules of procedure
and legal requirements, and made a part of the records of the Coun¢~ meetLng,
Ci~r of..Chubbuck 41 and
WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable and in the public interest that said
Amendatory Grant Agreement be approved and its execution authorized;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Mayor and Council
City of Chubbuck that said Amendatory Grant Agreement be and the
same hereby is approved without reservation or qual~fication.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that John O. Cotant Jr. , the Mayor
of the City of Chubbuck
Amendatory Grant Agreement, and ~
be and he is hereby authorized to execute said
Vera C. Armstrong , City Clerk
of said City be and~he is hereby authorized to attest the execution of said
Amendatory Grant Agreement. ~
