line along Quinn Road; and,

Dear Mr. Matteson:
The City of Chubbuck is enclosing herewith a copy of
Resolution # 11-72 indicating the desire of the Mayor and
Council to jointly construct a sanitary sewer interceptor
with the City of Pocatello.
Also enclosed is an executed copy of the agreement be—
tween the City of Pocatello and the City of Chubbuck con-
cerning the collection system and sewage treatment facil-
ities.
