NOTICE OF PUH~IC HEARING
PU~.IC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That in accordance with
Section 50-1002 Idaho Code, the Mayor and Council of the City
of Chubbuck, ~unock County, Idaho will meet on Tuesday the
26th day of March, 197& at the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m., in
the municipal ~ding, 5160 Yellowstone at Chubbuck, Idaho,
for the purpose of considering and fixing a final budget and
making appropriations to each department or fund for the
current fiscal year, at which time any taxpayer may appear and
show cause, if any he has, why such proposed budget should
or should not be adopted. That the following table sets forth
the estimated expenditures and sets forth the amount to be
appropriated to each department or fund for the current fiscal
ye ar.
