WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, have been
presented an Addendum to the City's agreement with the Union Pacific Railroad
concerning a water pipe line crossing;
WH~AS, such addendum is necessary to supplement a previous agreement with
the Railroad relating to a sewer pipe line crossing at the same location;
N~, THerEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO,
that the Ma~or of Chubbuck is hereby authorized to execute said Addendum to the
agreement with the Union Pacific Railroad, on behalf of the City. passed and
