L,%IEREAS, said Amendatory Loan Agreement has been duly read in open meeting,
frilly, considered in accordance with all pert].ncnt rules of procedure and legal require-
men[s, and made a part of the records of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho; and
~,.~EREAS, it is deemed advisable and in the public interest that said Amendato'ry
Loan Agreement be approved and its execution authorized;
=: == ~= be it resolved by the City' Council of Chubbuck, Idaho, that
said A:?.endatory Loan Agreement be and the same hereby is approved without reservation
or qualification.
