JOINING RESOLUTION OF MNNICIPALITIES
WHEREAS, solutions to comm,mnity problems require coordinated
effort by many units of government, and
WHEREAS, Regional Planning based on coordinated local planning
can assist in the solutions to these community problems amd
WHEREAS, attempts to presently coordinate inter-related federal,
state and local programs are frequently frustrated, and
WHEREAS, the Governor of the State of Idaho will designate
staffed organizations capable of speaking for a region to handle
the A-95 review of federal grant requests within the region, then
Be it Resolved: This 26 th day of November 1974,
that the CITY OF CHUR~JCK municipality joins the South-
east Idaho Council of Governments, which is located in the State's
~lanning Region V.
