CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chubbuck Development
Authority ("Authority") has filed with the City of Chubbuck, Ida-
ho, a report of the Authority's activities for the calendar year
2019, including a complete financial statement in accordance
with Idaho Code Section 50-206. The Authority will hold a pub-
lic meeting at 5:30 pm on January 21st, 2020 at the City of
Chubbuck Council Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, ID, to report these findings and take comments
from the public.
A COPY OF THE AUTHORITYi S REPORT AND FINANCIAL
STATEMENT IS ON FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR YOUR
REVIEW.
WRITTEN COMMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIORI
TO THE PUBLIC MEETING.
INTERESTE=D CITIZENS MAY APPEAR with regard to the fore-
going, and at the time indicated will be given an opportunity to
comment.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers are accessible for per-
sons with disabilities. Any person needing special accommoda-
tions to participate in the meeting should contact Kami Morri-
son at 208.237,2430 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
