Special meeting held in the city building Tuesday, February 15, 1972 for the purpose
of discussing proposed sewer project.
Present: Mayor Cotant, Councilmen K±nghorn, Menard, Romriell and Taylor. City clerk
Vera C. Armstrong and Engineer Larry Perkins.
Meeting called to order by Mayor Cotant at 5:30 o'clock p.m.
PROPOSED SEWEE PROJECT DECISIONS: These are tentative decisions only so that those
persons delivering fact sheets may have some answers if asked questions along
these lines.
New developments will be responsible for installing the sewer lines in the
developments.
After initial system is installed there will be connection fee of approximately
$200.00. Mayor and three councilmen aL1 in favor of this amount with Romriell
proposing $300.00.

Duplex Unit 8.00
Apartments 8.00
Motel without cooking 2.00
Trailers in Trailer Parks 8.00
Trailer on individual lot 9.80
Motel with cooking 8.00
Hotel and Rooming Houses per unit 2.00
Suggested School Rate 50.00
Suggested Church (large) 19.60
Commercial Business 9.80 plus
.12 per thousand for all water used over
10,000 gallon per month.
Meeting recessed at 8:00 o'clock p.m. until further notice if necessary.
