that SHE was at all times herein mention a citizen
LEGAL NOTICE -SOLE SOURCE PUR-
CHASE: City of Chubbuck, Idaho, under
Idaho Code §67-2808, hereby publishes
notice of intent to award a sole source
purchase to the following vendor: West-
ern States Caterpillar. It has been deter-
mined by the Chubbuck City Council
that there is only one vendor reasonably
available to provide the required pur-
chase in a method 'Where the compati-
bility of equipment, components, acces-
sones, computer software, replacement
RIMS or service is the paramount con-
sideration." The purchase to be made is
for a 2019 Caterpillar 440 Backhoe
Loader. Further details of the purchase
are available by contacting Bryan Hall at
bhall@cityofchubbuck.us. Any vendor
may challenge this sole source procure
ment. Written notice of challenge must
be filed within fourteen days of this pub-
lication with the City Clerk at 5160 Yel-
lowstone, Chubbuck, ID 83202 or 'bl ow-
ers@cityofchubbuck us.

State Journal, a daily newspaper, printed and
published at Pocatello, Bannock County Idaho and
having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of
which is attached, was published in the said
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following
dates, to -wit

That said paper has been continuously and
uninterruptedly published in said County for a
period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the
publication of said notice of advertisement and is a
newspaper within the meaning of the laws of
Idaho.
