Subject property is in the NW Y4 of Section 9, Township 6 South, Range 34 East of the Boise Meridian, Idaho, generally located at the northeast corner of Philbin Road and Sawtooth Street, Chubbuck, Idaho. The Compre- hensive Plan f=uture Land . Use map designates this area as Mixed Use. Type of Action: Recommendation. A complete description of each item is available to the public on request at the City Office. Commission packet will be available at the City Office on October 1, 2019. Any and all persons may regis- ter comments, protests, or agreements on the hearing subjects being consid- ered. Oral testimony concerning these proposais may be offered at the public hearing. Commission may limit oral tes- timony. Written testimony must be re- ceived by the Planning Department at least 7 days prior to the hearing, shall comply with standards established in City Code 18.28.020.D.7., and shall be considered public record. City Hall and the City Council Chambers are accessible for persons with disabili- ties.
