~NITY DEVELOPMENT PLAN
WI4EREAS, the attached three-year summary of our Community Development
Plan is based on the areawide long-range plan - Development Guide: Goals for
Southeast Idaho, and
WHEREAS, the following community and public facilities are essential in
meeting the needs of our citizens in curbing deterioration and providing supporting
public facilities:
1. Water
2. Sewer
3. Streets
4. Recreation
5. Housing

1) The attached summry of our three year development guide,

.Our portion of the 1975 housing shortage and distributions
formula as contained in Housing: A Situation Report for
Southeast Idaho (dune 1974} as our official housing assistance
plan, '
3) ll~eattached one year Community Development Activities Program
AND, FURTHER herebyauthortze the Executive Director of the Southeast Idaho
Council of Governments to integrate our community development application into one
regionally coordinated application.
