WHEREAS, Ordinance No. /~ of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho,
enact~dt3 on the ~,~ day' of ~u~ , 19 7&, adopting the Unifor~
~HI&-~;4~- , Code, provides that future editions of
said Code shall be adopted by resolution duly passed and filed
with said ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the ~bu. ~A-~,~4~ ~;=~~ ~ ~~
has promulgated, and the City of Chubbuck has received, a new
~7~ edition of the above-referenced Code; and
WHEREAS, the purpQses of Ordinance No. ~ may best be serve(
and the health, ~safety and welfare of the inhabitants of the City
of Chubbuck may best be protected, by adopting of the new edition
of the Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR ..AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, that pursuant to Ordinance No. /~
or.the City .of Chubbuck, Idaho, the ;97~ edition of the
, promulgated by the
~m~uz&~ ~;= ~4t~,~w_ ~.;~,~. , is hereby adopted; and
the Chubbuck City Clerk is directed to maintain three (3) copies
of said Code on file in the Clerk's Office for use and examinatior
by the public.
