RESOLUTION NO.'
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. /~6 of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho,
enacted on the l~day of ~~~ , 19 72, adopting the Unifor~
~ Code, provides that future editions of
said Code shall be adopted by resolution duly passed and filed
with said ordinance; and
has promulgated, and the City of Chubbuck has received, a new
;~7~ edition of the above-referenced Code; and
WHEREAS, the purposes of Ordinance No. I~O may best be served
and the health, safety and welfare of the inhabitants of the City
of Chubbuck may best be protected, by adopting of the new edition
of the Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, that pursuant to Ordinance No.
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, their7~ edition of the

the Chubbuck City Clerk is directed to maintain three (3) copies
of said Code on file in the Clerk's Office for use and examinatior
by the public.
