WHEREAS discussions during recent meetings of the Chubbuck City
Council have indicated the desirability of studying an amendment
to the zoning laws of the City, to establish a conditional use in
commercial zones for facilities at which restricted numbers of
motor vehicles may be stored for limited periods of time; and
WHEREASuthe Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Chub-
buck is charged by ordinance with the responsibility of examining
and making recommendations concerning proposed changes in zoning; ~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE .~AYOR AND COUNCIL of the !
City of Chubbuck, Idaho: i
1- That the City's Planning and Zoning Commission include in!
the agenda of its next regular meeting the foregoing subject;
2- That the Commission solicit the views of all interested
parties during said meeting by publishing notice thereof in the
manner prescribed by Ordinance No. 98 of the City of Chubbuck;
3- That the Commission transmit in writing its recommenda-
tion as to (a) whether the zoning laws of the City should be
changed as set forth above, and (b) the particular provisions to
be included in an amendatory ordinance if such a change is to be
made, with a copy to the Chubbuck City Attorney.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho, this 28th day of September, 1976.
