CHUBBUCK CITY RESOLUTION NO. ]5-76

WHEREAS, Mr. Doyle Chatterton has submitted to the
City of Chubbuck a petition to vacate the following described
portion of the approved and recorded plat of Turner Subdivision
in the City of Chubbuck:
"A parcel of land located in the Northeast Quarter
Northwest Quarter, Section 11, Township 6 South,
Range 34 East, Boise Meridian, Chubbuck, Idaho,
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest Corner of the Northeast
Quarter Northwest Quarter of said Section 11;
thence South along the West line of said Northeast
Quarter Northwest Quarter, 165.00 feet to the True
Point of Beginning; thence continuing South
422.25 feet; thence East 425.00 feet; thence North
422.25 feet; thence West 425.00 feet to the True
Point of Beginning."
WHEREAS, following due notice, no objection to said
petition has been submitted to the City of Chubbuck;
WHEREAS, vacating the existing plat with regard to said
lands will make possible the re-platting of said lands,,upon
approval of the City Council;
THEREFOBE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, that the plat of Turner Subdivision
previously approved by the City on the ]0 th day of July
19 73 , and recorded at the office of ~annock County
Recor--~r as Instrument No. , be and the same hereby
is vacated insofar as it applies to the above-described lands;
and the Chubbuck City Clerk is directed to place this resolution
of record with the Bannock County Recorder.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR of the
City of Chubbuck, Idaho, this 28th day of December
19 76 .
