WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, has
received the attached statements from the following creditors, in
connection with thewater system improvement project;
12/27/76 American Testing Laboratories Inc.
12/15/76 Forsgren, Perkins & Assoc. P.A.
1/11/77 Empire Construction Co.

and WHEREAS~there is attached to each (or to all) such state-
ments the approval of the City's engineer and of the Mayor (as
representative of the City), in the form required by Chubbuck City
Ordinance No. 170.
and WHEREAS the City Council finds such statements to be in
proper form and further finds the claims recited therein to be just
obligations of the City in connection with the water system improve-
ment project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND ~?~!~50F THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, that the aggregate sum of $
be disbursed by the City Treasurer from the City of Chubbuck, Idaho,
Water Revenue Bonds, Series September 1, 1976 Construction and
Acquisition Account to the creditors specified above

PASSED AND APPROVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of

APPROVAL OF CREDITOR STATEMENTS BY ENGINEER AND MAYOR
Pursuant to Ordinance No. 170 of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, the
undersigned Engineer and Mayor {representative of City} of the
City of Chubbuck hereby certify with respect to each of the attached
statements from the creditors listed below that payment thereof is
approved to pay for materials supplied or work satisfactorily per-
formed and completed in substantial compliance with the plans and
specifications of the work involved, in connection with the Project
specified in Ordinance No. 170.
