WHEREAS, Bunce, Alder and Bunce, Inc., has submitted to the
City of Chubbuck a petition to vacate the following described
portion of the approved and recorded plat of Bunce Subdivision Phase II
in the City of Chubbuck:
Beginning at the South quarter corner of
Section 2, T.6S., R. 34 E.B.M., Bannock County,
Idaho; and going thence N 0o53'38'' W along the
longitudinal quarter line 2292.5 ft. to the true
point of beginning. Thence N 0053'38'' W 366.33 ft.,
thence N 89u45'23'' W 659.44 ft., thence S 0057'07'' E
363.92 ft.~ thence N 89o06'22'' E 188.94 ft.,
thence S 0v53'38'' E 14.00 ft., thence N 89o06'22''
E 330.O0oft., thence S 0053'38'' E 1.50 ft.,
thence N 89o06'22'' E 140.00 ft., to the true
point of beginning.
WHEREAS;ifO~towing~due~notice, no objection to-~said
petition has been submitted to the City of Chubbuck;
WHEREAS, vacating the existing plat with regard to said
lands will make possible the re-platting of said lands, upon
approval of the City Council and it will make possible dedication of
another, larger park by the petitioner on lands subsequently tdbe
~atted;
THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, that the plat of Bunce Subdivision Phase II
previously approved by the City on the 13 %h day of
1976 , and recorded at the office of the Bannock County
Recorder as Instrument NO.pp l~est , be and the same hereby
is vacated insofar as it a o the above-described lands;
and the Chubbuck City Clerk is directed to place this resolution
of record with the Bannock County Recorder.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR of the
City of Chubbuck, Idaho this 22nd day of March,
19 77 .
