BE IT RESOLVED, By the Mayor and Council of the city of
Chubbuck, Bannock"Count~W Idaho, to pay the estimated expenses
of said City, 1;hai; there be levied against all the taxable
property of the sa~id City, the following amounts for the fiscal
year of 1978, ~ ar~ that the same be certified to the County Auditor
of Bannock County:
ALL ~N£RAL FUND EXPENSES $ 226,541.50
FIRE ~PARTMENT EXPENSES $ 12,000. O0
TOTAL $ 238,541.50
IT IS FURTREI~ RESOLVED, That the City Clerk is authorized,
and directS, to certify said levies to the County Auditor of
Bannock County, by forwarding thereto a copy of this resolution.
