CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
WHEREAS, on October 11, 1977, the City Council of the
City of Chubbuck, Idaho, passed Resolution No. 13-77 and caused
notice to be given of the creation of a Local Improvement
District consisting of West Burnside Avenue and adjoining
properties; and
WHEREAS, on October 27, 1977, the City Council, finding
that there were no protests against the creation of the
Local Improvement District, enacted Ordinance No. 184,
creating "Local Improvement District No. 1 for Chubbuck,
Idaho;" and
WHEREAS, advertisement for bids for construction of the
work have been published as provided by law, and the City
Council has determ'~zmed Bannock Paving Co., Inc., to be the
lowest responsible bidder; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 184, having been passed and
approved, has become effective upon its publication as provided
by law; and
WHEREAS, the successful bidder should be notified and a
contract relationship established between such bidder and
the City of Chubbuck;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, that;
1. The Mayor of the City of Chubbuck shall notify
Bannock Paving Co., Inc., that it is the lowest responsible
bidder with respect to work on the improvements in "Local
Improvement District No. 1 for Chubbuck, Idaho."
2. The Mayor shall enter into a contract with
Bannock Paving Co., Inc., for performance of the work. The
contract documents have been prepared, and a set of copies of
the executed contract documents shall be maintained on file
in the office of the City Clerk, available for public inspec-
tion. These documents are hereby incorporated into this
Resolution by reference.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND APPROVED BY THE ~YOR of
the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, on this 1st day of November, 1977.
