WH~{EAS, ChUbbuck City Ordinance No. 185, establishing a general
criminal code for the City, authorizes the Chief of Police, upon reso-
lution of the City Council, to place official traffic control signs and
devices along rights-of-way of vehicular thoroughfares; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has found that a s~p~ sign-gOVerhing
traffic on Victor Avenue at the "T" intersection with Teton Street,
is essential to the public safety;
NOW, TEEEE~, BE IT R~SGLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF C~, .IDARD, that the Chief of Police is hereby authorized
and directed forthwith to install said stop sign and enforce the law
applicable to a 'stop sign at that location, as provided in the Idaho Code.
