CITY OF CHUBBUCK, ~'IDAHO
WHEREAS a petition has been filed by Custom Craft, Inc.,
to vacate the following described portion of the approved and
recorded plat of Boise Payette Tracts Subdivision in the City
of Chubbuck, County of Bannock:
Lot 1 and the North 79.69 feet of Lot 2, Boise
Pa~Q~e I~Qt~, Bannock County, Idaho, as the
sa~appeaP'on the' official plat thereof re-
corded at the office of the Bannock County
Recorder.
and;
WHEREAS Custom Craft, Inc., has submitted to the city a
new plat embracing said property, to be developed as Custom
Craft Commercial Condominiums; and
WHEREAS the new plat complies with applicable provisions
of Chubbuck City Ordinances and has been approved;
WHEREAS no objection to the proposed vacation of plat and
re-platting of said property has been received;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of
the City of Ch~bb~ck, Idaho, that the petition of Custom Craft,
Inc., be, and the same is hereby granted; and Custom Craft, Inc.,
is hereby authorized to vacate the existing plat by presenting a
certified copy of this resolution and of the duly approved and
acknowledged new plat of Custom Craft Commercial Condominiums to
the County Recorder of Bannock County, Idaho, for recording.
