c~lled the State, has submitted a Cooperative Agreenmnt stating obligations of th~
state ~and the City of ..Chubbuck , Idaho, for the installation.

under IFederal-Ai d Project RR..P-RRS- 7041(00 I) ; and,
· 'WHEREAS, the State .is responsible for obtaining compliance with laws, standards
.:'and .procedural policies in the development, construction and maintenance of ira-
.p?oven~nts'made under ¥1tle 23, U.S. Code; and,
,WHEREAS, it is intended that the project shall be developed and constructed 'so
~as :to Ireceive Federal participation in the a~unt of .... Ninet~ {90} . percent of
~he ~.cost.
:NOW,-THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
'That the Cooperative Agmenmnt for Federal-Aid Project

· 'That the Mayor amd the City Clerk a~ he,by authorizecFto execute the
:Cooperative Agreen~nt on behalf of the City.
