~EEEAS, the Idaho Transportation Department, Division of Highways
of the State of Idaho has submitted a Cooperative Traffic Signal Agreement
stating oblige=ions of the State and City of Chubbuck in the installation of
a traffic signal at the intersections of Yellowstone Highway (US 91) and 1-86,
Chubbuck I.C., ~n the corporate lfunits of the City of Chubbuck.
WHERF2~, the allotment of State funds for the installation is
contingent upon compl/ance w~=h the laws governing State Highways and State
Highway traffic, ava~lability of necessary right of way, adequate provisions
for the maintenance 'of the completed installation and the establishment of
traffic control measures and means of enforcing them.
NOW THEREFORE, BF. IT RESOLVED:
1. That the Cooperative Traffic Signal Agreement is hereby ac-
cepted a~i approved. ~
2. That the Hayor and City Clerk are ~uthorized to execute the
agreement on behalf of the CSty of Chubbuck.
3. The duly cert~fie~ copies of this resolution shall be furnished
to the Division of Highways.
