CERTIFICATION AND NOTICE OF DELINQUENCY
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chubbuck City Ordinance No. 193, enacted on
October 17, 1978, the City of Chubbuck has made assessments and issued
bonds with respect to Chubbuck Local Improvement District No. 1; and
WHEREAS, such assessments are to be paid in installments, the
first such installments having come due on July 1, 1979; and
WHEREAS, on the date of this instrument, the Chubbuck City Clerk-
Treasurer has reported that the assessment of principal and interest
in the aggregate amount of $7,629.05, against the real property des-
cribed in Appendix A attached hereto, has not been paid when due;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, that:
A. It is hereby CERTIFIED, and NOTICE is hereby given, by the
Chubbuck City Council, that the foregoing assessment is delinquent
in the amount stated, together with collection fee and late payment
fee as provided by statute or ordinance, and together with interest
continuing to accrue on the principal since July 1, 1979, at the
rate of 5.95% until paid.
B. The Chubbuck City Clerk-Treasurer and Chubbuck City Attorney
are hereby authorized and directed to enforce the delinquent assess-
ments, together with collection fee, late payment fee and additional
interest, in the manner provided by law.
