SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 802
An ordinance of the City of Chubbuck, a
municipal corporation of the state of Ida-
ho, annexing approximate twenty-five
acres of land lying in the SE'/4 NW 1/a of
Section 3, Township 6 South, Range 34
EBM to be included within the bound-
aries and jurisdictional limits of the City
of Chubbuck, Idaho the legal description
of which is set forth with particularity in
the Ordinance; specifying the zoning
classification of Agricultural (A); provid-
ing for the repeal of conflicting ordi-
nances; providing for the severability of
the provisions of this ordinance; provid-
ing when this ordinance shall be in ef-
fect.

at the City Clerk's Office, Chubbuck City
Offices, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck,
I D 83202.
I have reviewed the foregoing summary
and believe it provides a true and cor-
rect summary of Ordinance No. 802 and
that the summary provides adequate
notice to the public of the contents of
this ordinance.
