SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 804
An ordinance of the City of Chubbuck, a
municipal corporation of the state of Ida-
ho, making technical corrections to Or-
dinance Number 791; repealing section
17.16,160; amending section 17.16,100
to clarify either a park land dedication
will be made or an impact fee paid;
amending all references in Ordinance
Number 791 that reference the park im-
pact fee sections from 17.24 to 17.28;
repealing prior conflicting ordinances;
providing all other sections of chapters
17.16 and 17.24 not amended shall re
main in effect; providing for the sever-
ability of the provisions of this ordi-
nance; providing when this ordinance
shall be in effect.

and believe it provides a true and cor-
rect summary of Ordinance No. 604 and
that the summary provides adequate
