CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the
City Council that the Interagency Agreement for Fire Protection
Services between the City of Chubbuck and the Eastern Power
County Fire Protection District will be automatically renewed
at the present contract rate unless notice of termination is
provided by August 31, 1979; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to renogotiate the
current rate charged to the Eastern Power County Fire Protection
District for fire protection services provided by the City
of Chubbuck; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to prevent the renewal
of the Interagency Agreement for Fire Protection Services at
the present contract rate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, that the Eastern Power County
Fire Protection District be given thirty days' notice that
the Interagency Agreement for Fire Protection Services shall
be terminated on September 30, 1979.
